http://www.BaylorHealth.com/Ortho – “When I was 15, I was sliding into home plate, and the catcher fell on my knee,” says Ron Brown. “It gradually got worse, and as I got older, I couldn’t walk very well.” At his local Baylor Medical Center, Ron underwent knee replacement surgery followed by one-on-one physical therapy. “Everything about the procedure and rehab was explained to me. It was just very informative, and gave me a lot of confidence in my doctor and the staff.” Today, Ron is able to walk without pain. “That’s key for me. I don’t like to sit around very much.”
